| Award Winning Company Seeks New Members
Moving Arts, an award winning company with a 15 year history of quality productions, seeks Actors, Writers, Producers, Directors and Tech People to join their Resident Artist Program. Seeking motivated people who want to be part of a collaborative community and have a passion for theatre. Seeking: ACTORS/ACTRESSES: We are currently seeking men and women of all ages and ethnicities with a theatrical background. Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue and be ready to read sides. We will be holding Auditions on August 23 and September 6. When submitting, please verify which date(s) you would be available for. WRITERS: We are currently accepting submissions for playwrights. All of the work produced by Moving Arts is original, and is either a Los Angeles or West Coast Premiere. Please submit a resume and short writing sample (no more than 10 pages). DIRECTORS: We are looking for Directors interested in growing and working with Resident Artists. Please send us your resume and a brief description of your background and directorial experience. PRODUCERS: We are looking for people who are passionate about producing theatre. Please submit your resume and a brief description of your background and producing experience. TECH CREW- We are looking for stage managers, lighting and sound designers, set designers, costumer designers and other tech crew for upcoming productions who are interested in working and growing with Resident Artists. Please submit your resume, a brief description of experiences, and area of interest. Acting Auditions will be held by appointment only on August 23 and Sept. 6.
