Seeking-Films: at least 70 minutes long, completion cost must be less than $20 million, must have been shown at least one week in a commercial theatre between Jan. 1-Dec. 31 or shown in 2008 at one of the following six film festivals: the L.A. Film Festival, New Director Films, New York, Sundance, Telluride, or Toronto.
