IiN TV Productions is casting Cougars: NYC, a new online reality series scheduled to debut early 2009. The web series focuses on the lives of five fit, fabulous, and 40+ NYC cougars, and will be similar to the format of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City. Episodes will be weekly seven- to 10-minute clips. Elizabeth Mwanga, exec. prod. Casting is ongoing; production begins late 2008 in NYC. Seeking-Cougars: females, 35-40+, single women who date men 10+ years their junior. Producers state: “A cougar is a woman of a certain age who exclusively dates younger men. A cougar is beautiful, successful, confident, and the master of her destiny; she knows exactly what she wants and how to get it.” Auditions will be held by appt. only in Aug. in NYC.
